Pria is an experienced Indonesian lawyer who has well-crafted his legal skills through his previous engagement with both local and international law firms in Indonesia, where he has been heavily involved in various general corporate matters, M&A, direct and strategic investments, restructuring and conventional and Islamic finance deals.
He was also an in-house counsel and Shari’a compliance manager for a Shari’a Business Unit of an international bank in which he was actively contributed in the development of Islamic banking products and structures in Indonesia, including assets, liabilities, off-balance sheets products, bilateral and syndicated transactions as well as corporate and government sukuk issuance.
Pria graduated from the Faculty of Law of Pelita Harapan University, majoring in Business Law and holds a Master of Commercial Law degree from the Melbourne Law School of the University of Melbourne as well as a Diploma in Islamic Finance (CDIF) from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
Pria is admitted to Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (Indonesian Bar Association) (PERADI). He speaks native Indonesian and fluent English.
